ARM™ is a five phase methodology with the philosophy of identifying and solving conversion issues (we call these issues complexities) in advance of converting any code.  Identifying problems "on-the-fly" is the major cause of project overruns and missed schedules!

The phases of ARM™:

	Assess. The Assess phase is where we analyze your source code, scan your data and plan a customized modernization effort. We know that a "canned" solution doesn't usually meet our clients needs for quality, maintentance and performance.
	Pilot / Data Design. We'll calibrate our tools for your project and test the factory process to make sure everything is performing the way you want it.
	Renovation. First, we'll divide your inventory into manangable groups. The Renovation phase is where we'll modernize your source code and convert your data for your new environment.
	Validation. This is where we test an inventory group to ensure that everything functions as it did in the original environment.  Our Baseline Testing approach is proven and comprehensive.
	Implementation.  ARM supports every level of implementation steps, including change control, parallel, system and user testing.
